The HH-300 CAR was designed for geothermal operations in very challenging conditions in terms of space availability and road net complexity. The ENEL?s operations require that the rig passes above existing high well heads , in fairly narrow locations of difficult access. A conventional rig would not be a feasible solution as it has a wide footprint and requires many loads and a considerable space around each well.  The HH300 is more suitable to such operations as it is compact, fast moving, safe and environmental friendly.
More than 50 people from 15 different Countries attended the event to discover the many advantages and benefits of such an innovative rig .
In addition to the HH300 CAR, three more rigs were being rigged up and three were under construction in the Drillmec plant at the same time .
The presentation of the seven HH rigs, ranging from 550 Hp to 2500 Hp , was also a good opportunity to cover all technical aspects of the "HH" Series automated hydraulic rigs and related services provided by Drillmec, such as personnel training by a drilling simulator of the latest technology, 24/7 assistance and remote monitoring and control.
